Onamia Schools have partnered with Mille Lacs Health System to offer a Pfizer Vaccine Clinic that is open to anyone 5 years or age and older.
This clinic will be offered at Onamia Elementary School in the nurse's office on December 17, 2021 from 3:30-5:00 pm. Please register using the link below.

Anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian present in order to receive the vaccine.
For children 5-11 that received their 1st dose, at our clinic in November, you can sign your child up for their 2nd dose at this vaccine clinic.
