It is important that you let the school know if your child or someone in the house has COVID or COVID symptoms.
Communicating potential COVID symptoms and exposure along with positive cases help the district understand the data we are receiving from the state and county.
If your student has symptoms, is a close contact, or has a positive test result, you can use the survey below to report it and will receive a follow up call from the nurse's office. You can also continue to call the school nurse to report this information at (320) 532-6708.
