For planning purposes, we are trying to determine how many students will be back in the building when we are able to return safely. If you would like to switch learning models, please complete the survey found on our district website. As a reminder, we will have Distance Learning all year long for those that want it.
If your most recent learning model was in person, that will continue unless you complete this form (You do NOT need to complete this form if you were In Person and want to STAY In Person). Complete one form per student if needed.
Please complete this form by January 6, 2021 as the district starts to do planning for the future.
Please note that the district will be distance learning for grades Pre-K-12 until further notice.
