Mental Health Information and Resources














If you’re struggling, ‘Woebot’ is an app that can assist with anxiety and depression.
 Students can call and talk to a school Social Worker about practicing their coping skills. Social Workers are available to all students.

If a student or parent feels they are having a Mental Health crisis they can call 1800-532-3333 for the crisis line. 


Students that receive IEP time with the school Social Worker will get a phone call from her once weekly. The Social Worker will discuss Social Skills Curriculum with students. 


                THERAPY SERVICES:

· Students that are already receiving School Linked Mental Health Services through Lighthouse Child and Family Services can continue to receive therapy. Appointments are available in the Milaca office, Telehealth or Possible in-home appointments. Call 320-983-2335 to set-up an appointment with Misty. Families would call the same number to begin services with Lighthouse Child and Family Services.
